What is codependency?
Codependency is a relationship pattern of needing constant connection in order to feel good about yourself. When it comes to healthy relationships, knowing how to love without sacrificing yourself is the key.
By not taking care of yourself, you become overly dependent on others and lose yourself.
In the healing procession will learn how to love others without losing yourself.
Coaching is a forward-focused, action-oriented process that helps you break free from old patterns and create new habits that truly support you.
Unlike therapy, coaching isn’t about diagnosing or processing trauma in depth. Instead, we focus on where you are now and where you want to be.
In our work we will:
Coaching focuses on specific goals that support personal development, self-awareness, and relationship skills. Coaching does not specifically diagnose, treat, or address mental health conditions. Coaches do not analyze the past or facilitate trauma work.
A therapist works with and counsels a client dealing with emotional challenges, mental illness, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship issues. A therapist often draws on the client’s past history in order to facilitate a deeper type of healing.
Unfortunately, no. The ethically guidelines of my psychotherapy license prohibits me from seeing any current or past clients for coaching.
Welcome to the club! Thankfully, all you need is Zoom but if you prefer to have our sessions by phone, that's totally fine too. It's important that you are comfortable with how we conduct our sessions.
What does it cost?
You have two options; a 30 minute session for $110 or a 45 minute session for $185.
Do you offer a free consult?
No, most of my clients find me through my YouTube Channel. That's the best way to get a sense of who I am and if my approach speaks to you. Feel free to book a 30 minute session with no pressure. Your comfort is most important.
